  • Topic of Lesson
  • Grade Level(s)
  • Lesson plan - should clearly state all resources used (print and electronic)
  • Handouts
  • Name of school/person who submitted lesson plan

Important Note: By submitting your lesson plan, you are giving LNOCA peers permission to use and revise your lesson as they see fit. Of course, as librarians, we will give credit to the original creator.
